“I used to just go with the flow, living paycheck to paycheck like my family always did. Now, I know I can save for the future and have more. This helped me overcome my fear of investing and showed me I’m capable of understanding finance, something I never thought was possible.”
44-year-old, in California for 7 years
“This course completely changed my perspective on money and investing. The language is very accessible, and the personal approach made me feel confident with my decisions. I’ve definitely changed the way I manage my money, and I stress way less about money now.”
40-year-old, in NYC for 9 years
“These classes were a turning point in my life here in the United States. After your classes, I made a spreadsheet to see what we’re spending per month and what we can cut. Even with a financial advisor, I understand more, and I’m smarter about ensuring I’m confident in the plan.”
39-year-old, in Kansas City for 4 years
“As a student, I used to feel overwhelmed about managing money after graduation. This program gave me the confidence to plan ahead and take control of my finances, and the resources, like the Notion courses, were a game changer!”
20-year-old, in Atlanta for 2 years
“I didn’t have much financial knowledge because as a creative, I focused on the work. But at my age, I also need to start thinking about my future. I want to deal with this before other things, so I don’t have to deal with it later.”
55-year-old, in NYC for 22 years
“I opened a high-yield savings account and a Roth IRA, and my emergency fund keeps growing. I’m going through uncertainty at work right now, but I’m not worried—in fact, this is the first time in my life I feel really calm about money. It feels amazing to have two months of rent saved up.”
43-year-old, in NYC for 12 years
“Larissa provides a welcoming space and shares valuable information. I opened savings accounts, and closed accounts that weren’t advantageous. Knowing where and how we spend our money gives us freedom of choice.”
60-year-old, in NYC for 7 years
“Before, money would come in and immediately go out, and I didn’t even have time to process it. Now, I understand credit systems and feel in control. Instead of impulse-buying something like an iPhone, I think of it as a savings goal.”
37-year-old, in NYC for 7 years
“Not only am I much more aware of my retirement plan, but I have also been able to save more and increase the yield on my savings. Coming from a humble background, I always thought that investing was inaccessible, but the program showed me that it’s easy and available to anyone.”
38-year-old, in NYC for 11 years
“Since moving to the US, I let my husband manage our money so I could focus on the kids. I forgot how important it is for me to be aware of how our income is being organized and spent. I learned not only how to plan better our finances, but how to invest and make our money go further.”
